Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies ShuffleDesk uses on shuffledesk.io, and how you can control them. ShuffleDesk is run by Rezero Consulting Ltd (company number 11240887).

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are essential for the site to work. Others, like analytics cookies, are optional, and we only set them if you agree.

Essential cookies

These keep you signed in, keep the site secure, and remember choices you've made. The site can't work properly without them, so they don't need your consent.

Our sign-up and public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're not a bot. It runs from Cloudflare's own domain and may use cookies there for that check.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

If you click "Accept", we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our website, such as which pages are visited. It doesn't identify you by name.

_ga_<ID>Keeps track of your visit2 years

Payments

When you pay for a plan, you're taken to a checkout page hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies for security and fraud prevention. See Stripe's cookie policy.

Other services

  • Google Fonts: our pages load their typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address when they load. We don't set cookies for this.
  • Sign in with Google or Microsoft: if you choose either, you're taken to their sign-in page, which sets its own cookies. See their cookie policies.
  • Slack: if you're an admin connecting ShuffleDesk to Slack, you're taken to Slack's authorisation page, which sets its own cookies.

Changing your choice

You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of any page. If you reject analytics cookies, we remove any that were set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies will stop you signing in.
