How it works
- Once a week, everyone shows up. An admin picks one slot, like Friday at 10:30. It goes in everyone's calendar, with a reminder just before.
- We pair people who don't usually talk. Short 1:1 video chats in the browser, then a shuffle and someone new. We favour colleagues who haven't met yet.
- A few minutes later, back to work. No follow-ups to arrange and nothing to write up.

Private by design
Video goes directly between the two browsers and is never recorded. Admins see totals, never who joined or who met whom, what was said, or anyone's own rating or feedback. Check-in answers only show as team averages, once enough people have answered.
